Stanford Financial is a dynamic, growing mortgage broking practice doing things differently. We've quickly become a major name in South East Queensland, and we now lend Australia-wide, with our team growing fast to keep up with demand.
We've done this by pairing old-school, genuinely personal service with the best tools in the industry, built in-house. Every day, more of the busywork gets cut away so our team stays free to focus on what actually matters: the client and the deal.
Our team culture is the backbone of our success. Being around people who share your drive and genuinely care about getting the client a good outcome is why we love coming to work each day. We work hard, Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm, so we can switch off and actually enjoy the rest of our day and weekend.
You'll be based out of our Springfield Central office.
About the Role
Our Trainee Brokers are the future of this team. You'll work alongside experienced brokers and our credit team, learning the craft from the ground up: fact-finding, structuring a deal, and following a file all the way from first client contact through to settlement.
You'll have access to industry-leading in-house technology and a credit team who make sure files are properly packaged, so you're free to focus on learning the parts of the job that actually matter: the client relationship and the deal itself.
You don't need broking experience. If you've got a background in finance or real estate, that's a bonus, not a must; we're just as interested in the right attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
