Stanford Group of Companies is an integrated professional services group founded by Australian Army veteran Logan Stanford and headquartered at Springfield Tower, Springfield Central, Queensland. The group operates Stanford Financial, an award-winning mortgage broking and asset finance business, and Stanford Legal, a firm practising family, property, commercial and estate law. Stanford Accounting is in development. The group has settled more than $1.2 billion in home loans and supported over 4,300 Australian families.
Before Logan Stanford started a business, he served in the Australian Army. The lesson that stayed with him was a simple one: you look after your people, and you never leave anyone to work out the hard stuff alone.
Back in civilian life, he found the opposite. In life’s biggest moments, whether that was buying a home, settling a will or untangling a separation, families were passed between a lawyer, a broker and an accountant who never spoke to each other, and nobody held the whole picture.
So in 2020 he set out to build a firm that would stand beside Queensland families through all of it, not just the slice that matched a single profession. Today the Stanford Group brings together Stanford Financial, Stanford Legal and some strategic innovation, putting lending, law and numbers under one roof at Springfield Central, with a defence supportive lending practice shaped by the founder’s own service.
The companies have grown, but the rule has not changed.
